Description
Our small class size (5 students max) ensures you will get substantial individual attention and instruction. We focus on proper form, posture alignment, and efficiency of movement – as well as breath.
Our priority is to have you work “smarter” – in a way that is in tune with your body’s unique needs.
G-RPMP exercises combine elements of from various modalities:
- Principles of anatomy & neuromuscular re-education from Hendrickson Method Manual Therapy.
- Core strength, proper posture and alignment, coordination, balance, and stretching from Pilates
- Conscious relaxation, breath control, and body awareness from traditional Eastern energy & movement arts of Tai Chi, Reiki, and Qi Gong.
We will use the Springboard and a set of props to learn to release, strengthen, and to move from a place of ease.
This is a good fit for you if you are just starting up your movement practice and/or recovering from recent or active pain or injury.
