In our signature 85 min Comprehensive G-RPMP Session, in addition to the Hendrickson Method Manual Therapy bodywork, and posture re-learning of the Basic G-RPMP Session , we will work extensively to develop a customized rehabilitation and strengthening exercise program you can follow at home and practiced under professional supervision at the Open Studio (i.e. on our Pilates equipment).
Areas of pain and restriction would be identified and addressed via Hendrickson Method Manual Therapy. Depending on your needs, sports taping (kinesio tape) may be used to assist with targeted body awareness (proprioception), stabilization, and inflammation reduction. We will also recommend changes in your everyday body positioning habits (computer work, driving, sleeping etc.).
We will continuously monitor your progress, posture and level of pain/discomfort, and adjust the program to the changing needs of you body.
