STRENGTHEN AND STABILIZE : This Level 2 G-RPMP class will focus on challenging the core and stability muscles, as well as increasing your range of motion.
Level 2 exercises require a higher level of fitness, good balance and body awareness.
Students are expected to be familiar with basic Pilates principles such as pelvic floor engagement, neutral spine, rib cage breathing, etc….
This class is a good fit for those who have other movement practices (walking, running, swimming, weight lifting, dancing, etc) and are looking to improve their overall health and performance. The Level 2 class is good for those looking to work past limitations of a past injury or surgery to regain full range of motion, strength, and optimal body function.
We will use the Springboard and a set of props to work the deeper muscle groups and to challenge what you think your body can do.
